Thank you for shopping with Techziq. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely across Pakistan.


DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major and minor cities. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
  • Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad
  • Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and all other cities

We do not currently ship internationally.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Order Type Estimated Delivery
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) 2–3 business days
Other cities 3–5 business days
Remote areas 5–7 business days

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across all of Pakistan. No advance payment is required. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp on the phone number provided at checkout. You can use this to track your order with our courier partner.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp at +92 331-4497788. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
