How to Track Your Order
- Check your WhatsApp or SMS — Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking number to the phone number you provided at checkout.
- Use the tracking number — Visit your courier's tracking page and enter your tracking number to see real-time delivery status.
- Contact us if needed — If you haven't received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp.

We ship with trusted courier services across Pakistan including TCS, Leopards, and M&P. Your tracking number will indicate which courier is handling your delivery.
Delivery Status Guide
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | We've received your order and it's being prepared |
| Dispatched | Your order has left our facility and is with the courier |
| In Transit | Your order is on the way to your city |
| Out for Delivery | Your order will be delivered today |
| Delivered | Your order has been delivered successfully |
Expected Delivery Times
- Karachi: 1–2 business days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad: 2–3 business days
- Other cities: 3–5 business days
