Want to know where your order is? Here's how to track it.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your WhatsApp or SMS — Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking number to the phone number you provided at checkout.
  2. Use the tracking number — Visit your courier's tracking page and enter your tracking number to see real-time delivery status.
  3. Contact us if needed — If you haven't received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp.

We ship with trusted courier services across Pakistan including TCS, Leopards, and M&P. Your tracking number will indicate which courier is handling your delivery.

Delivery Status Guide

Status Meaning
Order Confirmed We've received your order and it's being prepared
Dispatched Your order has left our facility and is with the courier
In Transit Your order is on the way to your city
Out for Delivery Your order will be delivered today
Delivered Your order has been delivered successfully

Expected Delivery Times

  • Karachi: 1–2 business days
  • Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad: 2–3 business days
  • Other cities: 3–5 business days
