Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, absolutely. All orders across Pakistan are available on Cash on Delivery. You pay when your order arrives at your door — no advance payment required.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders.

Can I place an order via WhatsApp?

Yes! You can also place orders directly via WhatsApp on 0331-4497788. Our team will confirm your order and delivery details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer. COD is available on all orders nationwide.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are typically delivered within 2–3 days.

Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders above Rs 5,000. A standard delivery charge applies on orders below Rs 5,000.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery. Visit our Track My Order page for details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our full Return Policy for details.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please take a photo or video at the time of delivery and contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0331-4497788. We will resolve it quickly.

How do I return a product?

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. Approved returns are picked up from your address at no extra cost.
